Takoda: Native American elf, shaman, former rock star, working for the Motley Institutes as part of his parole agreement. His family had such high hopes for him as a talented and charismatic shaman of the Salish tribes. He could have even been a chief someday. But he fell in with the wrong crowd; the wrong crowd being musician spirits.
Takoda is credited for inventing the musical genre of Ghost Rock, where conjurers summon talented spirits with musical or other entertaining talents to possess them, and then perform in front of a live audience. Every supernatural performance is a unique experience. And in the 2050s Takoda was a living legend. But during one sold-out performance on Halloween night, 2061, something went wrong and the spirit possessing Takoda went on a rampage. While no none died, dozens were injured and property damage was in the millions. Takoda was sentenced to prison, thus bringing an end to his musical career and the non-stop parties overflowing with drugs & groupies.
Now, 10 years later, thanks to the influence of some very powerful board members at the Motley Institute, he is out on parole. However, his parole agreement requires him to work for the Motley Insitute (in addition to community service & some other obligations). He's not really the "working" type, or even the shadowrunning type, but he's here all the same, hungover & smiling.
